Politics
My passion for politics was ignited during the 2019 HK protest, waking up to tear gas thrown into the dorm area. I joined the New Power Party (NPP) in 2021 and founded the NPPxDC online caucus, serving as its chair ('23-) and an NPP national convention delegate ('23-'25). In the US, I work in the NPP NA Chapter, connecting the party with Taiwanese communities in the Triangle area and local political groups.

New Power Party
NPP started its reconstruction process in 2024. New forces of power are needed in this new era in which all can take part. In this process of revival, we need to branch in and branch out, connecting supporters, members, political figures of the party, and people outside the party.
NPPxDC
The Online Chapter of the New Power Party on Discord (NPPxDC) was founded by Yo-Che Lee in December 2022 after their loss in the Regional Elections, with a vision to create a platform for party supporters and political figures. It has been hosting online seminars and organizing online social events for some 1,200 NPP supporters weekly. Lee now serves as chair of the Executive Committee.

李宥晢 Yo-Che Lee (壽司)
Former National Convention Delegate ('23-'25) for the New Power Party. Lee founded NPPxDC, the biggest online NPP community, in 2022. He is now a graduate student based in Raleigh North Carolina, devoted to connecting the party with Taiwanese communities of the Triangle Region.
